Application of Hyperspectral Imaging: Component Color Difference Testing
本实验探讨了使用采用高光谱颜色测量设备,评估元器件塑料外壳颜色差异的全过程。
This experiment explores the complete process of using a hyperspectral color measurement system to evaluate color differences in plastic casings of electronic components.

「检测环境 / Testing Environment」
首先,我们把待测的塑料外壳逐一安放在暗室内的水平位移平台上,暗室顶部布置有条形卤素灯作为照明,平台匀速移动的同时,一台覆盖400–1000nm、光谱分辨率优于2.8nm的高光谱相机以线性推扫方式采集完整光谱图像;所有Lab计算均采用D65光源与2°视角的参数组合。
The plastic casings to be measured were individually placed on a horizontal translation stage inside a darkroom. A halogen strip lamp was installed at the top of the darkroom to provide uniform illumination. While the stage moved at a constant speed, a hyperspectral camera covering 400–1000 nm with a spectral resolution better than 2.8 nm captured complete spectral images in a push-broom scanning mode. All Lab value calculations were performed using the D65 illuminant and a 2° standard observer angle.

测试结论OK表示当前选区计算出的∆E<0.5

- OK: Indicates that the calculated ∆E of the current region is < 0.5
- NG: Indicates that the calculated ∆E of the current region is > 0.5
ΔE值解释标准:
0-1: 人眼几乎无法察觉的颜色差异。
1-2: 只有经过训练的人才能察觉到细微差异。
2-3: 未经过训练的人也能察觉到轻微的颜色差异。
3-6: 显而易见的颜色差异。
6-12: 强烈的颜色差异。
>12: 颜色不同
∆E Interpretation Criteria:
- 0–1: Color difference is virtually imperceptible to the human eye.
- 1–2: Only trained observers can detect slight differences.
- 2–3: Untrained individuals can perceive minor color variations.
- 3–6: Clearly visible color difference.
- 6–12: Strong color difference.
- >12: Colors are completely different.
「总结 / Conclusion」
通过反射率曲线可见各个样品的曲线均不相同,同时在高光谱图像中人眼即可分辨出颜色差异,而由Lab值计算结果亦表明各样品存在明显的颜色差异。
The reflectance curves show distinct spectral characteristics for each sample. Color differences are visually discernible in the hyperspectral images, and the calculated Lab values further confirm significant color variations among the samples.
